Questions worth answering before you pay

What if some of my vehicle's data isn't available?: Tesla does not guarantee every datum for every vehicle. Where something is unavailable, the report says so in that section rather than estimating or leaving a blank that looks like a zero. If the vehicle returns so little data that the report has no substance — for example, no range figure at all — contact us and we will refund the purchase.
Do I need to give you my Tesla password?: No, and we would refuse it if offered. Authorization happens on Tesla’s own sign-in page through their official OAuth flow. We receive a scoped access token, never your credentials, and the token is encrypted at rest and never sent to your browser.
Can I revoke access after the report is generated?: Yes. You can disconnect from your account page at any time, and separately revoke Greenevreport from your Tesla account. Your report stays available either way — it is a snapshot, not a live feed.
How long does it take?: Usually a few minutes. If your vehicle is asleep, Tesla requires it to be woken before it will return data, so collection retries until it responds. You will be emailed when the report is ready.
Is this a subscription?: No. One payment, one report. There is nothing to cancel.
What if I sell the car before anyone reads the report?: The report and its verification page remain live. You control whether the full report is publicly shareable from your account; the verification page stays available so a buyer can always confirm a report they were shown was genuine.
