  • About a report you bought

    Include the verification ID from the report and the email address on the account.

  • About a report you were shown

    If you are a buyer checking a report, send us the verification ID and we will confirm what we can.

  • Refunds

    If a report could not be generated or the data returned was insufficient, tell us the verification ID or order reference and we will refund it.

  • Privacy requests

    Account and report deletion requests are handled at the same address. See the privacy policy for what deletion affects.
